Our Management Fees

• Many agents charge a percentage of the monthly rental amount without committing in the contract to any property maintenance or repairs to your property should any damage or repairs be needed.
• We at Amehlo charge a percentage of the market related rental fee of your property. We put the same amount of work into your property and pay the same attention to your property, no matter the size. We have two payment options for you:
  1. A once off fee upfront at 12% of your monthly rental fee annualised
  2. Alternatively, 14% of your monthly rental fee paid to us on a monthly basis.
• We understand the frustration of not being close to your property and the need to have someone to be your eyes and ears when it comes to letting your property, to communicate to your tenant and your property being well maintained. We have a rental contract in place that protects you, the property owner, and not the agent as the traditional contracts do. This means fewer problems for the property owner as well as better protection.

How we make your life easier abroad:

• The tenant pays the full rent directly into your account, so you receive your money faster;
• You will receive a notification of payment;
• No monthly fees deducted from your rent. Should you decide to pay us on a monthly basis by debit order rather than upfront, it will be set up with your bank.
